A refundable deposit of $400 will be added to each rental rate. This will be refunded to the renter after the event is concluded and the clubhouse is inspected for damage/cleanliness.
*The house will not be cleaned between consecutive days of renting.
**Hourly rates include the time needed for setup and clean-up.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 125 guests for weddings or events, including the bridal party and any hired staff.
What is included in the rental price?
Your rental includes:
Use of the entire main floor, including the open porch
Bride’s and groom’s dressing rooms and bathrooms upstairs
Access to all garden spaces, including the pergola, which is ideal for ceremonies
20 folding tables and 80 chairs
Additional rental items are available for a small fee, including table linens, glass luncheon plates and utensils, punch bowl and cups, red and white wine glasses, champagne flutes, and coffee pots.
Are food and beverage services available?
Food and beverage service is arranged by the renter, either through self-catering or by hiring a caterer.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted as long as the renter or caterer has a special event insurance policy.
Can I visit the property before booking?
Yes. We are happy to arrange a tour of the house and answer any questions about your event. Please complete the inquiry form, email the rental chair, or call/text our rental team to schedule a visit.
Do you have a sound system?
At this time, the venue does not provide a sound system, but the clubhouse is WiFi-equipped.
Are food trucks allowed?
Yes. Food trucks are allowed in the gravel parking lot, but not on the grass anywhere on the property.
