Our lovely home, named the Armstong-Mauldin Home, is located in the quiet, residential Charlotte Avenue/Aiken Avenue Historic District of Rock Hill, SC. Our home is perfect for numerous events:
wedding ceremonies and receptions,
anniversary, birthday and other parties, bridal luncheons and showers, baby showers and meetings
photographs of brides, prom couples, family groups
group tours with refreshments served
business meetings
This venue offers:
beautiful gardens where each season has its own beauty: featuring a pergola, brick paths, an arbor, several water features – reflecting pool with crane fountains, lily pond, fish pond, dolphin fountain – perennial beds, trees and shrubs.
a historic house (heated and air-conditioned):
main floor with dining and living rooms, library, sun porch and open porch, butler’s pantry, kitchen and restroom.
Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and ice maker.
Upstairs, bride’s and groom’s dressing rooms.
