The Woman’s Club of Rock Hill is hosting their 18th Annual Victorian Tea on December 1-3, 2023.  We are so excited to offer an online registration to help our valued guests register quickly and at their convenience.

The Woman’s Club of Rock Hill is using Eventbrite to process registrations this year.  We made the difficult decision to use one registration method and we thank you for your understanding and support.  The links for each day are listed below.

How many seats are available each day?   40 seats are available each day.  Facebook, Instagram, and the website are updated as often as possible but the most accurate registration updates are on Eventbrite.  


How much does it cost?  $35/person or $45 for 2 glasses of bubbly beverage


Do I have to register online?  Yes.  Registration is online.   Registration open on Tuesday, October 10 at 5pm. 


Do I have to create an account on Eventbrite?  No.  You will need to enter your name, your email address, and phone number.  You can choose whether or not you want to create an account. 



What if I do not want to put my credit card information into the registration system?  What can I do?  Eventbrite has been programmed to allow the option to pay by check.  Complete the registration online and indicate you will pay by check.  Checks must be mailed to:

Checks must be received by Saturday, November 25, 2023 in order to keep your registration.  If the check is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled and we open it up to the waiting list.  


Can I bring the check on the day of the event?  The Woman’s Club of Rock Hill respectfully requires all payments be received no later than Saturday, November 25, 2023.  


How do I register if I have multiple party members? Each member can register themselves or one person can register for everyone.  If registering individually, please complete the following:  


Is there a waitlist?  Yes, if the event is sold out, you can sign up to be on the waitlist.  If tickets become available, you will have 24 hours after an email is sent to register via Eventbrite.  

Note:   The menu is holiday themed and does not take dietary restrictions or preferences into consideration. Food will include, but not be  limited to:  nuts, gluten, sugar, dairy, meat, etc.
